If you have forgotten and want to reset your EPS user password:

• Click on the button on the left side of the EPS homepage.

• Click on in the popup window.

• In the displayed window User password change request – enter User name, E-mail address that is specified in the User data and mark the check box I`m not a robot.

• Click on the button.

An information message is displayed that the link with the access data has been sent to the specified e-mail address.

Open the received e-mail message and click on the link.

The user password change window opens, where you enter the new password. Follow the rules for creating a password - they can be read below the password entry window.

Re-enter the newly created password and press the button.

The password has been reset and you can now authorise into the system with the new access data.
