3.2. Selecting/Changing responsible persons

If during the proposal’s preparation process you wish to change the person responsible for the proposal project:

Open the proposal project’s section Pretender.
In the expandable block Information about the pretender and person association, click on the button .
In the expandable block Create proposal specify the Main responsible contact person for the proposal.
Save the entered data by clicking on the button Save.

If you change the responsible persons, the previously entered person’s name must be cleared by clicking on the button .
