After the proposal’s data is entered (all requirement forms are filled out, and all files and templates are added), the proposal submission process can begin. A proposal is considered submitted when, in result of consecutive actions made in the system, the status of the proposal and its lots is changed to Submitted.
After entering the data, the status of the proposal and its lots is changed to Project. Then, perform the following actions:
Proposal’s compliance check (after completion, the status is changed to Checked).
Initiate proposal signing (after completion, the status is changed to Initiated Signing).
Sign (after completion, the status is changed to Signed).
Submit (after completion, the status is changed to Submitted).
If a data entry error has occurred, you must cancel the proposal and signature. After cancelling, edit the data and submit it again.
