3.13.1. Information about participation in pre-qualification systems

If you have a pre-qualification document, such as an appropriate certificate, you can complete the relevant ESPD requirements by referring to this document. If there is no document to refer to, then the information does not need to be entered, because the default value - No is already selected in the Participation in pre-qualification systems window.

You can do it in two ways.

• Initially add the information about the pre-qualification document to the organisation's data and then read the information from the organisation's data when creating a specific proposal.

• When creating a specific proposal, manually enter the required information about the pre-qualification document.

To indicate information about participation in pre-qualification systems in the proposal:

• Open the proposal’s project.

• In the expandable block Information about participation in pre-qualification systems of the section Pretender click on the Add icon.

• In the popup window Participation in pre-qualification systems select the option Yes.

• If the information in the organization’s data has been added – read it from Organization’s data by clicking on the button Get data from Organization's data , has not been added – fill in the fields manually.

• Click on the button .

• A warning window opens in which click on the button .

Now the entered information is displayed in the expandable block Information about participation in pre-qualification systems. If you have more than one certificate, add the others in a similar way.

If necessary, you can edit or delete this information.
