3.13.5. Checking or deleting of the entered requirements data

To verify that all ESPD requirements have been entered correctly and marked as completed:

• in the expandable block Selection requirements of the section Lots, click on the hyperlink Test and mark as completed all proposal values for Exclusion ground and Selection criteria;

• a warning opens that the test process may take several minutes, click on the button;

• the requirements verification process is started;

• after the proposal test, the Proposal test results window opens, in the upper part showing the summary information on a blue background – how many requirements are completed, how many requirements with a warning and how many – with an error.

The list shows the requirements that need to be completed or corrected.

To open the requirement data, click on the pencil symbol icon on the right side of a requirement line - make corrections if necessary and save the requirement as completed.

A more convenient way to review and correct all requirement data is to click on the Start reviewing and error correction hyperlink.

• This opens the window of the first incomplete or correctable requirement, in which you can take the necessary steps to complete the requirement correctly. Then click on the button .

• Automatic transition to the data of the next requirement is made, where you perform analogous actions.

• After reviewing and correcting or completing all the requirements, a message appears at the top of the proposal test results window that the data has been successfully saved and each requirement line shows that the requirement data has been corrected.

If it is necessary to re-verify that all requirements have been completed the check must be initiated repeatedly.

• Click on the hyperlink Test and mark as completed all proposal values for Exclusion ground and Selection criteria and then click on the button in the warning window.

• The requirements checking process is started.

• If all requirements have been successfully completed, then the Proposal test result window shows that the number of incorrect requirements is 0.

To delete all values specified in the exclusion and selection requirements:

• in the expandable block exclusion conditions and selection requirements of the proposal section Lots, click on the hyperlink Test and mark as completed all proposal values for Exclusion ground and Selection criteria;

• a warning window opens in which click on the button .

To view the result of this action, refresh the screen by clicking on the key F5 on your keyboard.

As you can see, the values entered in the requirements have been deleted and the requirements are no longer marked as completed.
